"Fast-Track" your Allsteel Transportable Home

At Allsteel we understand the need to keep pace with our client's needs – that's why we've created our unique Fast Track process.

If you're looking to move into your home in the shortest possible time frame, be sure to ask our Building Consultants about our Fast Track home designs. In most cases we'll have a number of these homes under construction or completed and ready for immediate delivery – subject to relevant approvals.

How is this possible?
A lot of the requirements to get a new home delivered to your site will already have been completed. Put simply - after you have accepted a quotation and signed a HIA Building Contract with Allsteel, we will need some specific details from you in regard to the site location before submitting an application to council on your behalf. As soon as full council approval is granted we can make the necessary arrangements to deliver your new home to site.

In some cases we have been able to have a home delivered to site within 12 weeks of our client accepting the quotation. As a guide we would suggest to you that the Fast Track process will take up to 16 weeks from date of signing the Contract. Naturally this is subject to the Council Approval time frame and current availability of the Fast Track designs.
