The building of your new home will take place at our construction facility located in Elizabeth West – South Australia. Regardless of the homes final destination the majority of building activity is completed right here in Adelaide.

As a direct result of building in a central location the average construction time for our homes is 12 weeks. This short time frame is possible for a host of reasons – some of which are outlined below.

Building in a controlled environment such as ours allows us to properly supervise the construction of all of our homes. This central location affords our contractors the ability to move easily from one home to the next without having to pack up and relocate to another site.

This central location also means we are not faced with distance and associated time delays. We are able to better coordinate material deliveries and trades as each job progresses.

There is little doubt that our central location not only saves us time, it's also a cost saving to the home owner. Valuable time and money does not have to be spent moving people and materials hundreds of kilometers each time we build.
