We understand that your new home is a huge investment in the future for you and your family.

Allsteel will ensure that your new home complies with the relevant Australian Building Codes. In addition any minor maintenance issues that may arise within the first 3 months of ownership will be rectified. It's as simple as taking note of any minor defects that may arise and forwarding this information to our office at the end of this period. Our tradesman will then be engaged to attend to the items in a timely manner.

In addition your home will be built with Supaloc Steel frames. Each steel frame is backed by the strength of a 50 year written warranty from BlueScope.

As required by law – a statutory builder's warranty period of 5 years applies to your new home.
