Step by Step - A guide to building your new AllSteel Transportable Home

Step by Step

1: Deciding to build with Allsteel
A minimal deposit of $3500 is paid.
Select from our standard plans or have our building consultant work with you to design a home that suits your specific needs.
Concept plan created, quotation provided & bank documentation prepared.

2: Plans Drafted
Your concept is forwarded to our drafting department to complete working drawings.
These drawings will be sent to you for approval and will reflect any changes you may have discussed with your sales consultant.

3: Intergrity, Quality & Certification
Your plans are assessed to ensure 6 Star Energy compliance is attained for your individual home & location.
Engineer certification of plans is obtained.

4: Administration
Our experienced administration team will liaise with relevant councils and authorities on your behalf to obtain the necessary approvals.
Information will be communicated to you throughout this process.

5: Colour Selections
By working with our trained selections consultants and suppliers you can now choose the various colours and products that will be included in your new home.

6: Construction
Your home will begin construction after council planning approval has been received. Full council approval is not required.
Build time is approximately 12 - 14 weeks with the opportunity to inspect your home during construction.
